highlevelbus.com is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That means semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives on meaningful images, form fields with real labels, keyboard operation throughout, visible focus, and colour contrast that clears the AA threshold.
Floor plans are engineering drawings published as PDF and JPG. A drawing cannot be made fully accessible to a screen reader, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every plan's passenger count, wheelchair positions, chassis and driver-licensing class are published as filterable text on the floor plan page, and if you need the contents of any plan described or supplied in another format, call and we will do it.
Some older PDFs on the site are not tagged for screen readers. We are working through them.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear it. It is a bug report, not a complaint, and it gets treated like one.
