Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, company or organization, phone or email, and whatever you write in the message. If you register a bus or file a warranty claim we also collect the VIN and vehicle details.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, country, and which page a submission came from. We keep this with form submissions to detect automated abuse.
We use it to answer you, to route your inquiry to the right person or to the dealer covering your area, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not share it with anyone outside HLE except the dealer handling your inquiry and service providers who operate the site on our behalf.
Forms on this site use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical data to make that determination.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and sends page views and basic interaction events to Google; IP addresses are anonymized and we do not send names, emails or form contents to it. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes, this page changes first.
Inquiries are retained as business records. Warranty and vehicle records are kept for the life of the coverage and for a reasonable period afterward.
If you give us your cell number and check the consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about your request, your order, or content you signed up for. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used only to send the messages you asked for.
